1. Have DigSafe mark utilities. Locate UGS and unmarked utilities.

2.Optional upgrade Green lawn preservation. We can place plywood over your lawn to minimize damage to your lawn and UGS.

3. Excavate the window well hole.

4. Set up dust barrier inside your basement.

5. Cut hole for the egress window in structurally sound basement wall. We cut from the outside only. Our setup allows us to cut through 10" without any overcuts.

6. Remove the concrete section.

7. Frame the opening with kiln dried, pressure treated lumber.

8. Bolt the precast concrete to your basement wall with 1" steel all thread.

9. Backfill and hydraulic tamp the backfill around the outside of the window well.

10. Install the egress window and trim.

11. Install the window well cover and ladder.
