Some people just assume that a dark, dingy basement is the norm, but it definitely doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, it's not unusual for our customers to set up a desk near their window well because there’s enough natural light to have a nice office.
A Place to Decorate
For those who like to decorate, our egress window wells are a fun opportunity. Our precast concrete is stamped with a stone pattern, creating a pleasing “garden wall” background. WIth our clear poly cover, it’s a semi outdoor environment, perfect for certain types of plants.
Here’s another photo that Phil sent showcasing his wife’s creativity. We should mention that while we love the way she decorated, we don’t advise putting any decor on the egress ladder for safety reasons.

After we put our tools back on the truck, and sign off on the job, the only thing left for you to do is install the sump pump in the sump pump reservoir that we’ve already installed beneath your egress window well.
