Our standard window is a 30x48 Pella brand Casement Window. With a white vinyl frame, this window is a durable and attractive egress window. Also known as a “crank window,” this egress window is hinged on one side and opens outward with the turn of a handle. Its uncluttered view and outward-opening design allows for optimal natural light and air flow.

What’s Included In Your Base Package?

Calling our main window well installation a “base package” is almost misleading, since there’s so much included in our base package. Read on to learn more.

First, we always visit your home when giving you a quote. That way we can spot any visible drainage or foundation issues right from the get-go. This dramatically reduces the chances of any delays during installation.

Do I Get a Discount for Getting Two or More Egress Windows?

Adding two or more egress windows to your basement is a great way to improve the safety and value of your home. For instance, if you have two bedrooms, adding an egress window to each bedroom radically improves the safety and daylight of each bedroom.
